Zuko didn't save Katara out of OMG FORBIDDEN LOVE. He explicitly said he didn't want ANYONE ELSE to get hurt. Don't convert simple words into love drama. it's lame.
Seeing the 4 together, and seeing Azula back from rehab and sane is a nice sight to see.
